Q: Can multiple staff members use the admin portal?
A: Yes, you can create multiple staff logins on multiple devices belonging to the same campus.

Q: Is there a way to track item returns?
A: Yes, each item logged can be tracked through to resolution. Admins can mark items as returned and notify the relevant parent instantly.

Q: Is there a cost to the school?
A: We offer both Basic and Premium plans for schools. While there is a cost associated with both, we’re committed to keeping pricing affordable and scalable to suit schools of all sizes. Each plan provides strong value based on your needs.

Q: How do I sign up as a parent?
A: Once your school is onboarded, you’ll receive an invitation with instructions to download the app and register. Alternatively, you can download the app in advance and explore its features to familiarise yourself while waiting for your school to join the platform.

Q: What if I have more than one child?
A: You can easily manage multiple children within a single account, switching between profiles with one tap.

Q: Will I be notified when something is lost?
A: Yes, the app sends real-time notifications when an item is found, including photos and pick-up details.

Q: Is my data secure?

Q: What happens if my child moves to a different school?
A: Your account remains active. As long as the new school uses School Scan, simply select the new school from within the app to continue using it without interruption.
